Full Roof Renewal At Summerland Lane

Full roof renewal of a 40+ year old roof on Summerland Lane. The customer has opted for a grey Marley Modern Tile. The roof has been fully felted and battened. We have advised the customer to have all the facias cleaned rather than replaced as they were in good condition. You can see from the photos below how well the facias have come up after a good clean!
